Though you finished in marketing course or business management course, it can not guarantee that you will get successful in your business. Do not forget that the business need to get connection from the customer because people who running their business usually want to get compensation from other one else who interest in their products or service. So, the growths of your businesses are according to the number of your customer you can catch. The strength of marketing, products feature, or other strategies can not help you reach to all customers in your target groups. Customers do not see only quality and price of your products or services but, they want to get trust feeling from you too and relationships can build this feeling to your customer. 

 

Make relationships first time when you have a chance to contact to your customer-to-be. Many people who never think that they require the products or service from providers are become to a customer of those providers eventually because of good relationships they got from providers. Relationships can be pass to the expect customer by presentation that you display to them such as vision of your company, mission statement, the really benefit of your product, or other truly information you give them. Keep the relations between you and your customer for a long period to building trust to the customer.

 

Sharing knowledge to your customer-to-be is other way to build up relationships. When the customers-to-be call you to ask for some help or information, sharing your knowledge and give value information to them before ever receiving compensation can builds credibility with expect customers.

 

Sending quick “Thank you” card to your long period customer is a great way to strengthen the relationships. And give them special bonus after buying products of your customer is also good idea to make them become to your royal customers. If you have new products or latest kind of service with special benefit giving then, send letter to your old customer to let them know about the good news first can make them feel they are important for you.

 

Though your customers do not need any help from you and long time they do not make connection with you. Call or visit them at doorstep can improve the relationships between you. This way will make they know that you do not want to offers your products only but, you also focus on the friend relationships too. Let them know not only products or services you offer them but, anxiety too.

 

Keep in mind that you can catch your customer by giving good relationships that always come with good feeling to them.
