Easy Way to Improve Your Customer Service Team
If you are being on the task about customer service, you are being on high competition too. Nowadays, there are a large number of companies that want to carry a large section of market share. So, if you do not want the other to snatch away your market share, this is a time to search for some tricks to keep your existing customer and round up your target group become to your customer.
One important factor that effect to the number of customer you can take is customer service. After marketing team and sale department finished their task that is let people become to the customer, it is time to show your skill on customer service jobs. What is method customer service team can catch the customer? This is some of many ways to keep mind of customer you can use as a suggestion to your team.
Smile
Nobody can not taking smile. Smile is very simple activity everyone can do. Smile can do every time, everywhere, and can give to everybody without any cost. Smiling never give disadvantage to the owner but, it can change the bad even, bad feeling, or other bad things to be a good. When people smile at you, how about your feeling? Sure! He/ she make you feel good and friendly. Same the customers, when you give them smile first; you have more chance to describe your product or service to them.
Courtesy
Do everything for your customers with courtesy every time you contact to them. Speak to your customer with soft voice and politely word such as “May I help you?”, “Is there anything else I can do for you today?”, “How did you find your service experience today?”, and always use “Please” and “Thank you” with your customer when you speak with them.
Courtesy also extends to actions. Best possible face and another action to the customer will make them feel your give them honor and glad to service them.
Ask for feedback from the customer
Ask your customers about the service you just give them. You may get a special word from them like “Oh! It is very fine”. At least, your question may bring you to get some tips from the customer that it very useful to improve your products or service for example; “I think it will more good if the company offer some special bonus for someone who can collect high score of money spending on the product”
Do not forget to invite your customer to come back
You may tell to your customer as “It was good to see you today and I hope to see you again” or “If you pleased on my service, please come back again and ask for me”
Ask for return from the customers every time after they took your service can let them know you are always waiting for them with the best service they will get.
