To have regularly running of business, you need to maintain your customer as most as possible by much more paying your attention on them. Find out what you can do for creating and nurturing the relationship between you and your customer. With the best care you give them, people who have done business with you  will like and trust on you that they are probably will most likely do business again and bring others to you in the same time.

 

Instead the Bad News by the Good News In the midst of bad news that make people fear to spend their money for anything except the necessary items for their living, you can use all the bad news and negative emotions associated with it to your advantage. Let people to know in the slow down economics, you are someone who provide the good things which the better goods and services together with the special bonus offering. Make the headlines in your marketing and advertising that you are the solution provider.

 

Super Size Your Products – While the others business who offer their products or service with lower quantity or quality at the same price, or maintain the quantity and quality of products but, offer it at the higher price, you should to do the difference. It normally that you offer the products or service at the price that allow you can get much profit. To interest people to become your customer, you can offer your products in super size, or bundling or adding value if you run the business by offering service. Though this will make you get the profit less than before but, it allows you can continue run your business under the fall down of economics. It not means you need to sell your products or service at the price that you are lost.

 

Develop Continuity Program for Your Customer Once the customers buy a products or services from you, offer them another. Continuity program is great ideas to keep your customer go on with you. Think what is the program involve the using of products or services and offer to your customer as “One Place All Service”. For example, if your products for sales are a computer, it is great to provide the customer all types of computer together with accessory as well as the program for checking the computer you had sale. Develop a schedule for checking computer for any virus or update the newer programs for your customer. This will keep the customer with you at all time.
