You Need To Plan for Future Profession
Of course, we are all want to have a job we like and desire to achieve to earn ourselves income to support our living or our family. So, it is important to find our what career we will want to take in the future while we are learning high school because the next step of our education is to go forward to college or university. So, now we will need to know which subject or major include to minor course we should to learn which is allow us to take a job that we like after graduate.
Pre-planning for career which we want to pursue in our future ahead after acquiring certain level of degree is very necessary in today’s competitive world. Career planning in its meaning is “a goal that you desire to achieve in a selected field or occupation with a well-thought out plan to get you there.” It means that you get the goal about the career you want to take in the future, you need to step out from the university, college or institute with the right qualification and right skills based on what career you want to do after complete your learning. This because, on these days the employers most are determine an applicant who applying for the job with a degree and many times experience is associated, so you will need to go in the company which the right degree involve the job you want to apply for. For example, if you want to be a banker, then after completing Intermediate in commerce and Graduation in commerce/ business administration, you would choose to go for ACCA or CA or MBA in finance. Other one else is going for CAT course or Masters in Commerce, or even up to doctorate level.
Career planning should be done when we finish Secondary/ Higher Secondary level of education. This helps us to design and formulate our future smoothly. Pre-planning would be effective and would give us benefits after achieving educational targets effectively. Since we know what thing we want to do for earning income, we will go through the course which allows us to finish our education with the right degree as well as give us knowledge and skills based on what things required by the job we want to take. Otherwise, we may worse our few years during our education in Accounting if after graduate, we just to discover ourselves that what we love to go through during our lifetime is about computer and technology.
Career planning is also makes us to think about finding out more the kind of education, training, and skills we will need to achieve for reach our career goal. It helps us to know the nature of the jobs that interest us whether educational requirements, working conditions, promotion chances, salary, or more. Career planning is something direct us, motivates us, and helps us to accomplish what we want to do in the future. Without career goal, we may take long period of time on the subject that is futile for taking a job we want after graduate. So, do not wait until graduate to start to think about the profession you want to adopt for earning livelihood because it may be too late to make your dream come true.
