Simple and complex are two types of carbohydrate. Simple carbohydrates are determined to be sugars which can provide instant energy and are broken down quickly, and can be found in fruits, vegetable and honey. Complex carbohydrate are found in foods such as wholegrain and breads, and is broken down quickly into glucose and used as energy. Unused glucose is stored as glycogen and will be used during heavy and demanding bouts of exercise. So, to burn stored glucose, you need to do exercise to far away from a fat one.

The other BAD fats are known as Trans fat can be found in cakes, biscuits, pasties, and many kinds of snacks. One important duty of fats is to transport vitamins A, D, E and K through the body.
