Basically, protein is essential to good healthy, but when we taken too much foods that contain high level of saturated fat and omega-6 fatty acids can be more harm than good to our skin. Bacon, ground beef, ham and sausages was the types of foods that high in fat to protein ratio and are the types of protein that you should not eat. It also these types of foods are cooked at high temperatures that they can cause harmful by product for your skin. Saturated fats which are known to be harmful to the cardiovascular system that can increase the accelerate skin aging and wrinkles.
