Health and Fitness are Always Come Together
Long time we known that fitness can make healthy to everyone. Every kind of sport or exercise such as biking, yoga, jogging, swimming, and other can call there is fitness. Live with healthy need to have an action or moving everyday. But nowadays technology improvement makes us convenience to work or do everything in sedentary posture. Then it brought us diseases and pains. If we do not have cars, elevators, remote controls, and PDA’s it certainly that we have a chance to move our body more.
Because of busy in working, people do not have time to go to fitness though they always plan about it. After hard work through day nobody do not want to tired more with exercise or do not have enough time to do like that in the evening. So, most of people live without healthy. Person who try to move his body everyday for example; go to work by walking or go up to the second floor by using stair instead a life is enjoying a healthy life and free from stress and sickness. Because his walking improved his fitness then he has a good health and mental. To prove an alibi, you can try to walk everyday then you can feel that your stress is decrease while your healthiness is increase and you will be more spiritual and religious too. The explanatory about that is walking increase blood flow to the brain then it will make your thinking skill increase. So, if you want to have a strong health and get smart more, get walking today.
Fitness by any activity that caused you has a chance to move your body is helpful to your life. Little moving such as walking can make you feel happy. Because when you are tired by workout the body wills releases endorphins which are natural hormones inside your body to make you feel happy. Walking when you have a bad mood is also get your mood is better.
Almost the physicians recommend their patients to walk every day together with taking a medicine. At least 3 day per week for exercising, many diseases are cured. For example; Diabetes, Glaucoma, Depression, Heart diseases, Respiratory diseases, Lymphatic diseases, and Nervous problems can cured by walking. This is a natural way to cure the diseases.
While walking, you have much time to repeat a problem, review a situation, and refresh your memory. Because of you breathe in fresh air when you are moving, your brain has more capability to get a good idea about everything and you can relieve all the stresses in your body and your mind too. You can ask somebody to join you while walking or exercise. By this way, you will have a happy time with your friend and can improve relationship between each other too.
Without fitness, it is hard to have a good health. Though you take a profit diet but your body wills not strength. So, protect your body from any diseases and have a good health by fitness is the best thing you should to do now.
