Some Simple Dog House Training Tips – Part II
Whenever you are going home from work and can take your puppy outside for him to do his business, don’t forget to praise him when he does go. You will want to praise him enthusiastically and if better, you can reward him with treat. With this, you can encourage him to do what you have trains him and he will remember what you want him to do and follow your orders. Another reminder is to never hit or yell to your young puppy when he has an accident in the house. This because a young age puppy less than 6 months age does not quite has control over his bodily functions. So just be patient with him and trains him slowly and then he will get it. You will need some time to trains a small puppy because sometime he can not understand what you are try to do with him and can’t get your order.
If you puppy does happen to have an accident and do his business inside the house, the best way to deal with this situation is to clean up his mess quickly. The best way to deal with the mess on the carpet is to ignore your puppy for a period of time whiles you are cleaning up. Don’t ever punish, yell and scream to your puppy because any type of hitting or yelling will just results in lack of compliance with your commands for him follow your orders to do his business outside the house and further can upset your dog house training. When you train your puppy with dog house training, you also can’t force and so strictly with him and need to be patient and gentle. Always bring him to the same place for him to do his business and your dog will remember what is you are going to trains him. This can helps him to learn faster because dog can remember the smell that he has past by and remember the place for him to do his business. When you bring him to the same place, he will quickly get the message that he need to do his business here.
A final tip that you can follow to trains your puppy is about when you take him outside to let him do his business. Most of dog owners would want to bring their dog back inside house right after he’s done his business, this is a bad idea. Your dog will start to notice every time after he’s done, he will immediately brought back inside the house and the fun time outside the house is over. This ways can counter-productive to your efforts. So if you can and not rush with time, just let him play around a little bit outside before you take him back inside your house. You also can bring him to the other place after he has finish his business at the same place for him to familiar with the new surrounding. Dogs are a smart animals that when we have trains them regularly, they will remember and understand the message that we want to past to them.
