Nowadays at the fast past environment, everyone are facing stress. Many peoples everyday need to face with stress at workplace, school, even at home. Stress often occur when facing a big problem or difficult situation and make we feel great worry. It make people feel uncomfortable and will facing an emotional and mental problem. When something stresses out a person, it makes them feel very nervous and worried.
People under a lot of stress may experience headaches, minor pains and sleeping difficult. If not find a solution to relief stress, it can be worst and can risk to your health. Sometime stress can make someone hair turned almost completely gray because stress (genotoxic stress) was the primary cause of hair turning to gray.
It is simple way to reduce the stress. Just having an enough rest, it can make people feel fresh and relief stress. Rest and sleep should be part of our daily routine as food or work. We need to have enough rest and sleep when we feel tired with our work whole day. By sleep, our body system can rest and energized back the energy that we used for our work at the day time. In contrast, a lack of rest and sleep will set you up a stressful day ahead.
Exercise was known as the way to lower blood pressure and cholesterol level in blood, even can relief stress too. So, it is always great to do exercise on regular basis. Exercise pumps up endorphins and decrease stress hormones, like ‘cortisol’. With this, it can reduce and relief stress. You also can try to practices yoga because yoga is a very effective technique for combating stress. It teach you how to proper breath and relaxing your body. Exercise can boots blood flow to increase blood circulation to our brain, and make we feel better and fresh which in turn could relief stress.
A good relationship among people or people with pets can reduce and relief stress. Some studies had found that having an emotional relationship between human with human or human with animal can make some feel happy and this can reduce stress. When someone feels alone, facing problem or stress, he/she need someone to relief their stress. By talking or playing to someone that close with us can make us feel comfortable and forget the entire stressful thing that we are facing at the day time.
Someone had said that if we laugh everyday, it can make us feel happy, healthy and less of stress. Laughing is as good as medicine and a great antidote to fight off some stressful job. Many experts suggest the ways to relief stress that is by laughing. Next time when you feel stress creeping on you, try to watch a comedy movie or your favorite funny shows. Have a big laugh and see whether it can relief your stress.
