What to Do For Self-Improvement? – II
For ones who try to be a new one – a happy person who always has positive thinking for everything, it is reasonable to improve themselves. As I suggest you tip to improve yourself in part one, here I still have others to tell.
- Be generous. As its meaning, generosity is the great thing should be found in everyone so
that we can live in a good community. You can be generous with your smiles, your advice, and many other things. Actually, if you be generous, the one who will always happy is you, not others who take close with you. So, always try to help others to realize that as a helper, you will happy as you can help people from falling down to the sorrow. One day you may need some help, and people who ever got your help would be the one who come and help you. By helping them out, not only are you doing a good thing, but you may also make a great new friend.
- Keep a schedule. It seem like easy to do what we want to do, but in fact, it is hard for us to go on a plan as there are many things in plan we would like to approach. So, it is a good idea to write down the tasks you need to achieve in each day and tick them off when they are completed. This does not mean you must to hold tight schedule. Everything can be changed depending on situation that can vary.
- Take a break. Spending too much time on anything is not good. For example, sitting in front of your computer whole day with intention to complete your jobs will tend to stress you, and also this can make you get the output which may not be the best one. Take a break and spend time with things or activity you like. This would allow you to get the idea to apply on your current jobs.
- Do something different. How do you feel when you need to do something same on daily basis? For me, this is very boring. If you go to the gym for working with exercise equipment on regular basis, try to switch to different activity like jogging, cycling, or swimming. Perhaps the new things can make you get new friends or even open your eyes to the wild world. What great beyond this when you try reaching a new thing is that it can help to discover if there is thing appreciate you most.
- Live for now. While set a goal for everything is important, you should not pay all of your life for it. This does not mean, achieving the goals you have is unnecessary, but if you will need to spend all your life time for one thing, you will never have time to do any other things that are also important for living with happiness. Sometimes a wonderful thing comes to you in the meantime, but you can not see and touch it if you only tend to live for the future!
As I told you at first, these are tips to improve yourself, but there is nothing to confirm the results. However, by following some of these things stated in part one and part two; I can ensure you that the good things will come to you.
