We can open many door in society by having intelligence and as we always have daily increasing our intelligence, it will make us much higher chance for success. Here are the simply ways we can try to increase our intelligence, there are the ways for quickly increasing our level of alertness and quickly improving the quality of our thoughts;
1. Having a Cup of Coffee in the Morning: Though there are the numbers of information told you that coffee or a drink contains caffeine are not good for health. But, it means to taking drink too much quantity. The research has been shown that drinking one cup of coffee can help to improve alertness and a power of thoughts. So, taking coffee in the morning will allow us to increase our short term intelligence. The research is also told that the students in college who drank coffee in the morning did much better on an IQ test.
2. Breathe Deeply: Breathe deeply we have will bring a lot more oxygen into our body then usual. By doing this, the circulation to our brain is increasing. The good effect of increased circulation of brain is the quality of our thoughts is improved. Unless these good results of trying breathe deeply, doing this can help us to relieve stress great too. To prove about this saying, you can take an exam by yourself. Immediately after trying deeply breathing, you feel relax, is it right?
3. Taking Quick Meditation: Quick meditation is very easy activity everyone can try, but, a lot of people have not try on this (may be you too) no matter what is the reason. Stress known as has a big impact to our minds performance. Just only fifteen minutes to take a quick meditation, your stress can be relieves quickly. A good time to have short time meditation is in the morning after you wake up, before taking a bath to go to work, try on quick meditation will give you a power and a clear brain that is ready to use for working. If you have a schedule of exercise every morning, after finish your workout, take a few minutes to have meditation. In addition, quick meditation is comfortable to do every time when we need some quick stress relief. It can try during working time at our office.
