Taking Forgive and Forget Allow You Have Much More Happiness
Forgiving mean to a thought of letting the thing make you feel sad or angry go. While, the meaning of forgetting in this area is allowing the thing make you have negative feeling go out of your mind. Someone said “Forgiveness is the command of god”
Everybody can be wrong or sinned once or more times in his/her life. Some of the sinned build up because of an innocence of people while some created by their intention. No matter what is the reason of wrong raised, it is probably that both person who made up the wrong thing and the one who attacked by an unfairly can not get happiness in the bad event.
Imagine when you do not like someone and seek for the way to make him/ her hurt, are you happy with the bad thinking? Every time you stay with the bad thought to make others feel sad, hurt, or others bad feeling including face to the bad situation in his/ her life, you may actually feel like you are falling into the hell where you can not live to feel content and have a happiness. In contrast, if you are the one who meet to the bad things gain by the others, it is sure that you can not live with comfortable and happy. Since you get the bad things, you will get more bad feeling if you do not want to forgive him/ her – the person who made up the bad things with you, and never forget it. Taking forgive and forget every time when people make up the bad things with you whether it gain by their intention or not allow you always live with happiness. Forgiving and forgetting are not only provides you mental relief but, they are also give you some health effects. Some of health benefit associated with forgiving and forgetting are mentioned below;
Remove stress of heart – Some researchers found that if you allow any stress and quarrel stay with you, it may result to stress of heart. When you put a grudge in your mind, it can make the same strains to your body and the strains can be result to increased heart rate, muscle tension, high blood pressure and sweating. In contrast, these diseases will not gain if you never keep the bad thing sticky in your mind.
Make you stronger – You can become a better and stronger person when you forgive others. Many people think the weaker persons often forgive others for everything because they can not face to the difficult situations but, the truth is different. Forgiveness requires courage of facing hard situations like emotional pain and injuries so, only stronger people can do that.
Best punishment – The best thing you can do if you want to take revenge from the person is to forgive him/ her. When you have been hurt from your close one such as your spouse, your close friend, or your partner, forgiving the doings of him/her the best punishment as it will create a feeling of guilt in the person.
