Being a Good Leader by The Way
Many leaders can not make people who is their under command to be loyal and trust on them, why? Because person who is in position of management or leader in organization need to have many good qualifications so, if they can not stay in this qualification then people will not accept them. It difficult to get people to do what thing you want them to do if you are not a good leader. Though your minions follow to your command but, they may do because of responsible reason not because they respect you.
If you are in the position of leader, make sure people accept and respect you. There are some tips help you stay in a good leader.
Lead By Example:
Do not expect more from your employees but you must to everything by yourself for example. You should to show them that you always try to do everything by yourself, not only have command to them. Let them know you are willing to join in and help the team get things done. Your team will be disposed to staying an extra hour after work to finish their job or the project because the team leader staying with them to do the same thing.
Accept That Everyone Stay in Different Style:
You should to know that a certain way to do the things is not the best way for everybody. Because everyone has a different style then they may do the same thing in different way. You should to decide about their ability by the result of job they done, not by the way they use.
Give Credit to the Other:
You should not to take all the glory for yourself regardless when the jobs or the projects are completed but, give the credit to other one who is your partner to complete the project. To give credit to other will get them willpower to do another job. Make them know that you can not get any success without them.
Learn from Mistakes:
Everyone can do something wrong in any time. It is an opportunity to learn from the mistake. Nothing is better more than think over about the way to solve the problem and find the way to cope the same problem if it occurs again in the future. The way to prevent the same mistake occurrence is important to plan too. To abuse someone who does the wrong things do not give any benefit but, it will make you and the one to be at loggerheads.
Clear Your Expect things to the Team:
If your team do not have a strong idea about the game plan, it is difficult to stick them to the game plan. To finish you plan, you should to always clear and concise the trick that helpful for the game planning. Spend time to explain and give instructions to an individual to let him know what thing you expect from him. Then allow him to do it by his way.
Being a good leader is not easy, but it not hard more than your try. Follow to the mention way can make you become a good leader who is people respect and trust on your capable.
