Something which you might make a new part of your life such as a new hobby like to grow a rose I your garden if you are never or try on yoga. Because what you do in daily basis will dulls your senses, so to allow you to think and hence stimulate your mind, you need to find the new things to practice.
4. Go to the places that you are never. New and different places will allow you to see new and different things you are ever. It is to let yourself on vacation.
5. Meet new people or even call to your old friends is helpful to bring you out from your daily living. Spend time with those ones; you will forget the bad things you meet on the day as you tend to know about their life more.
6. Find out the new way to deal with things or people that you do not like. Because you can not avoid working with those, so try to discover how to work with them easier and less suffer.
These are some things you can do to make a little change in your life so that you can reduce the stress you always meet everyday and can live with more happiness.
