Traits of a Good leadership
If you are leadership, it is very important to learn how to be a good leader who is respected eulogized from everybody concern and around from people in the top management level to the lower level in the organization, if you want to success in your career.
Leaders appear in many characters among numerous organizations. Some may lead people under command by their charm and candor, while others lead by force or deception, fear or hatred. Do you want to lead by the first way or the second, want to make people love or fear and hate you, the choice is yours. If you choose to influent people with charm and candor, you may seem like Gandhi - the epitome of moral leadership. On the hand, you can become a clone of Hitler - the personification of evil since you like to force others in order to get the things you want from your followers, except their heart.
I believe that everyone who are leadership want to hold the heart of their under command people, and try to seek out the way to get their goal, but few of them can while the rest are fail. For the failure leadership, it does not mean they are not a good one, but perhaps they do not know they are going on the wrong way and also that sometime the wrong things or mistake has been developed without their intention. Similarly, some people who always being a good person during their working life, but since they are promoted to be a leader in the company, the change is occur in them and then they become a person who frequently shout to another and ignore to realized how those one feel and thinking of them due to their bad action. This is because, people usually absorb what thing they think it is the power to control others and enjoy with the fake authority.
In order to make people love and respect on you with their real heart and then you can be success in your profession, it is necessary to learn the real basics of human leadership. But, first of all you should to know that “the real basics of human leadership do not change from one leader to another, from one field to the next, but remain always and everywhere the same.”
These are traits of leadership which will allow you to be a good leader.
1. Leaders must to listen, identify the cravings of those whom they would lead. This will show that they have empathy in others.
2. Leaders must have zeal, courage and self-confidence that are helpful for them to get out front of the crowd and risk the price of failure.
3. Leaders can motivate themselves without waiting for others to generate the spark of action.
4. Leaders must have the ability to communicate to convince the followers having the question that resides in all of us with the reasonable phrases.
5. Leaders always can see opportunities among the challenges.
You can see that some may be difficult for you to try, while some can be achieved effortless. However, with your enough intention, I believe that you can acquire all traits in order to become a good leader.
