Housing law is not only important to know for those who want to get themselves into the homelessness legislation procedure in order to be housed, the other word – to have certain place to live in. But, the law is also extends to issues such as security of tenure and possession action that are important for ones who tend to survive with real estate transaction and the owner of property to know. Security of tenure refers to the amount of security a tenant would have in order for them to remain in their home. The higher the security level the tenure is provided, the harder the landlord can legally evict them.
