Green tea extract is an herb that obtained from leaves of camellia sinesis. The leaves can made black, green and oolong teas. Historical believed that green tea has been used in China and India for nearly five thousands years ago in medicinal purpose. They lightly steaming the plant leave before allowing them to dry. This process can retain the active properties of the plant. They used the steaming process and drying to made tea from the plant leaves for example, oolong tea is made by allowing the leaves to ferment slightly before drying, and if the leaves was ferment longer, it will become black tea. The fermentation process will breaks down the active ingredients, and making the green tea or green tea extract was the best choice of tea.

Because we are living in the world of hectic schedules which need us to have fast paced living, it seem like we never have time to do anything apart from earning income, and learning (in case of children), even time to relax and take enough sleep at night. A lot of matters sound like important for us to live well on these days more than just having a peace mind. When we were childhood, most time of us spent on playing more learning, but our children nowadays do not even have time to play as were the case when we were young.
