Do you know there is a big different between hearing and listening? While hearing is just letting sound pass through your ears, listening requires you to understand what you are hearing.

It seem like most people do not really understand the messages they are hearing. Because people have grown indifferent to conversations, so the meaning of the same messages can be varied. In order to make sure we will understand exactly any information conveyed by others, it is great to improve our listening skills.

 

Leadership Qualities Is Important

Leadership always comes with huge duty and responsibility. If you are leader of many people in organization, you could not control and make them respect on you if you are being leadership without quality. Showing leadership qualities would help you by encouraging your employees to do their work and to follow your example. There are too many different leadership qualities include responsibility, respect, dedication, integrity, innovativeness, honesty, wisdom, dedication, persistence, optimism, independence, individuality, courage, flexibility, teamwork, credibility, loyalty, fairness, competency, inspiration, etc. And because of these, it is necessary to find out which are the leadership qualities that are the most important for you. You may have some questions, during your leadership time, such as is one quality more relevant than the others? No matter who you are, should there be a specific order? Does it depend on your personality which leadership qualities you appreciate more? And does the leadership quality which would most benefit your employees depend on each specific situation? However, here we will focus on some of those qualities by starting with integrity.
