Vegetables are plant that is used as a food, particularly in savory dishes. It forms an important part for our daily diet and can add wonderful flavors to our daily diet too. Vegetables are naturally good and can help in protecting our body against diabetes, heart disease and cancer because it contains lot of vitamins and minerals.  Taking lots of vegetables in our dairy diet also make us kept away from overweight and obese problem.
