We know we can not avoid facing problems or challenges for all time of our life. In contrast, many times we are involve the problems and try to discover the way to solve that problem, of cause this is a challenge. So, it is not too far the true if we say that challenges are absolutely normal in every person’s life. While we are accepting the true, most of us never realize that there are benefits inherent in these challenges. Consider, inside every challenge is the opportunity to grow and move forward in life.

Apart from those things stated in part one, theses are also causes of having vocal hoarseness.
- Talking in noisy environments. In noisy environments, we all tend to speak louder and when talking loudly, we will frequently speak at a higher pitch. These will hurt our vocal cords.
- Talking with excessive tension. If you hold a tight fist entire day, sure that your hand will feel like sore and tired at the end of the day. Same, when you speak too much with tension, these conditions will happen to your voice.

Most people never have had known that 97% of what we communicate by phone is by vocal tone. This mean your message is understood from the actual words just only 3%. Imagine, when you hear someone say “Hello” with a nervous, giggly nasal voice or a muffled, monotone mumble, what messages are you getting? Then, imagine a radio announcer saying “Hello” with a clear, warm and projected voice; did you notice your body reacting in a different way? You are probably feel different even it is the same word. Now, think about the impact of an entire conversation or an entire life. How if you never clear entire messages that other one else are speaking to you and this make you misunderstand and then do the wrong thing?

Among many new things will happen when one being through the age of teens is the change of physical. For girls, the menses probably happen in the first period of teenage and this is a big change foe those. On the other hand, boys usually have change of voice from little voice to a hoarse voice. And one that both girl and boy usually meet to is pimples. When it comes to rising of pimples, this can be determined as a big problem of a lot of teenagers as most pimples usually appear on their face. Many of teenagers are having problem of pimples. It can appear on the nose, forehead cheeks and can spoil your look. Pimples are serious adolescence problem of the skin. Pimples scar on the face can make someone become one with less of self-confident. Sometime, it can make the person experiencing the terrible teenage where other people’s are laughing on him/ her and never have someone asking for date, especially for a girl.
