Steps on Preparing and Deliver Speech: Part II

Likewise, when considering the items to present, the secondary points include what is the most interesting, which has the most authority, which is briefest, which is most illustrative, and what is the emotional impact.
At the same time, there are 3 part process to prepare a working outline when it come to materials or information arrangement: Into 3 parts that are introduction, body and conclusion, Headings arranged into a logical order, and The material put in order to support the heading.
6. Practice the speech. Nobody can become an expert when there are too many time of practice. Same, to make sure you have good speech convey in good method, it is necessary to practice by deliver your speech several times perhaps in front of your friends, and the room where it is to be delivered if it is possible. The closer the practice conditions and surroundings are to the actual conditions you will face, the better prepared you will be for the actual delivery of your speech. The practice should be done until you feel familiar with what you plan to speak in front of the public. However, do not commit to memory as it can make you lose the conversational quality of the speech and the speech becomes inflexible.
7. Deliver speech. Keep in mind that a speech should be seen as a sincere effort to communicate. Try to approach the position you will speak from enthusiastically. Also, take a firm but comfortable stance. Hands should be kept at your side except when you are gesturing. To enhance the idea or relieve any tension, you can move. And the last advice here is keeping your eyes on entire your audience.
The steps to get involve stated in part one and two are powerful to have effective public speaking. The method outlined will enable you to present your ideas effectively and with confidence.
